Default flies and chickens at new site, any potential problems?

flies are at landing board waiting for a break in gaurds, to go in and take a speck of honey. Lots of chickens are free roaming now, heard they might eat a SHB larve or two. Will chickens try to catch bees at entrance?

The flies can wait, but the break is unlikely. The chickens will do catch one (only one) and that is is, but don't let the chickens get penned in with the bees. forcing them together could be bad for the chickens.... there was a post about that recently, but don't remember where.
