    Default Hello from Connecticut

    This year was my first at beekeeping. I have a lot to learn. My husband built 3 top bar hives with observation windows and we enjoyed seeing the bees do their thing. I'll be directing my questions in the top bar hive section and look forwards to any wisdom fellow beekeepers have to share.

    Hi, & Welcome.
    Read you're other question, the wax should be a good head start for next years bees. As long as the wax moths don't get to it. In freezing weather it will be protected from them.
