Honey Rocks?

During an event this weekend I had a customer that asked me what honey rocks were. He said that when traveling through Ohio, many of the roadside markets were advertising them for sale on their signs. He never stopped to find out and I didn't know. Any clues?

It is a variety of muskmelon (cantaloupe to most people, but its not)
