Oxygen Concentrator ?

OK Who can tell me about O2 concentrators Price-where to buy - new - used.

My reason in asking this question is I have a brother in law that will be on oxygen the rest of his life and has no insurance so we are trying to help by buying a unit, so all help will help because all I know is they pump oxygen.

Have you checked into leasing one? I know my Grandmother was on one for many years. They're noisy and give off heat.
