    Default What 's that ? mite?

    I lost a hive : girls went away and have been swallowed by hundred of swallows!

    Here are some pics of the remains of the hive : some thick mycelium with a lots of little black shits, ans some cocoons with brown stuf living into

    any idea ?

    Wax moth cocoon,
    and wax moth damage. Last two pics look of a brown worm bug an chalk brood mummy But not a possitive id on that one

    Can't tell what killed your bees, but the damage was all wax moths. That would have happened after they had dwindled too much from whatever the root cause was...
