Remove frames of pollen, and give the hive back frames of empty drawn comb. Share the frames of pollen with other hives that need pollen.
A pollen trap can reduce the amount of pollen that makes it into a hive.
As Countryboy suggested, remove the frames of pollen and replace with empty combs.
Dependent upon how big a problem you have with pollen bound hives... If you have someplace you can store the combs where the moths, beetles and mice won't get at them, set them aside to put back in the hive mid-winter when pollen is scarce. A couple frames of pollen and a jar or two of syrup during a week of warm weather can incite some additional brood rearing and give your hive a little boost to get through the winter.
"Pollen bound" is another term for "well stocked with pollen for the spring buildup". It does not happen by accident...

I like those pollen bound hives, they usually have frames like this -->to share with weaker hives.
