powdered sugar for mites

I plan on using the powdered sugar treatment for mites, just curious about how much sugar should i use for each hive??

One cup on a single deep, or 2 on a double.

1 cup per deep is what I did last year and it worked great. I took off the top deep and dusted the bottom, then put the top back on and dusted it. 1 time per week for 6 weeks.
