AFB in Tennessee

According to Api News there is an outbreak of AFB. Anyone seeing this?

What? AFB never occured in TN before? I couldn't access the whole article. What constitutes an "outbreak" of AFB? A hand full of hives? A hand full of apiaries? Finding it literally everywhere?

What about the outbreak of V. jacobsonii? Has that hit TN yet?
