Wax Moth! Help!

I never saw a single sign of wax moth last year and this year I've lost 4 hives already and trying to save another. What can I do to keep these things out of my hives? I only have 7 hives left.

The moths typically don't cause you to loose the hive.
Usually its caused by too much space/ not enough bees.
Maybe the bees swarmed, & then the moths moved in.
