is it ok to take some bees from two different hives and put them in one? you see i'm making a queenless nuc so i can do some grafting in. what should i do with the bees? when i got the nuc ready i found out i didn't have enough bees in it. what should i do? should i do the newspaper trick or what? HELP.

Just shake some more bees in the nuc but making sure you dont add the queen!

Try to shake in some nurse bees by shaking open brood frames. Check real good for the queen first!
