I had a couple of buckets from last year that granulated. Recently, I put them in my honey warmer (a box with a couple of 100-watt lightbulbs and a thermostat that kicks off at 102 degrees) to re-liquify.
The honey is quite cloudy, but very liquid. I ran it through my panty hose filter and let it sit for a couple of days. It's still cloudy and I'm relatively sure it has no crystals or air bubbles trapped in it.
Any suggestions? It still tastes great and the consumers don't seem to mind.
