Default Hive set up for Apiguard

Hello This is my first year with my bees and I was planning on using Apiguard as a varroa treatment. I've done a sugar roll and a whole hive sugar dusting and came up with very low counts. I think this is the time of the year to treat in Houston so I might treat now anyway so I can get some supers on for a fall flow. Anyway sorry for so much background, I know that you need to close up the SBB when applying Apiguard but I also use a screened inner cover and was wondering if for the treatment should I use the standard inner cover instead. Thanks for the link and the suggestion to go to Vita-Europe, they answered a lot of questions. It looks like I should use 25g because its so hot and place it between my two deep brood boxes instead of on the frames on the top box. JAck
