More natural varroa treatments?

Just wanted to hear what "natural" (non-"hard" chemical) treatments people are using and their rate of success? (mite load before, after). Also if there are people doing absolutely no form of varroa treatments (as in applying things to the hive) but are using physical treatments (like drone comb) - I know that sounds a little confusing but hope you understand what I mean...

I use small/natural cell and have virtually no varroa. I did 24 hr. mite drops on all all my hives last week and found one. Nothing goes into my hives except HBH twice per year.
