Welcome, you can surely get a couple swarms off two bee trees and a house.

    Hello and Welcome!

This forum is a great place to learn more about bees and beekeeping. Be sure to check out the "How to Start Beekeeping" subforum: lots of good suggestions covering the basics. Also, check your local library for books & videos. Lastly, get involved with a local bee club. Clubs often offer beginning beekeeping classes, and are a great way of finding mentors and getting connected with nearby beekeepers. Looks like the Northwest Ohio club may be near you:

Welcome Batman. No better way to get going than with a couple of swarms. Good luck to you.
