So I just got my spring honey harvest in and there was this odd smell associated with the batch at large. Normally I can time the black Locust pretty well but this time there was far too much stuff in bloom simultaneously.

Does poplar add a sent to the honey?

Its not bad except in the honey house and the honey has that nice floral, light spring taste.

Any ideas?
