Default Dark spots in cells of super

I am ready to extract some honey but I'm seeing some junk that is dark, almost black in some cells on certain frames. I know the queen was up there briefly until I added the excluder- is this pollen gone bad or what? It is safe to extract these frames or will this contaminate the honey?

If the bees put it in there I wouldn't worry about it. Just extract the honey. If it is pollen most of it will stay stuck inside the cell unless you gouge into it when uncapping. Even if you do dig into it I wouldn't worry.
