Looking for Queens (week of 4/26)

I am looking for two Italian, Carnolian, or Russian queens that can be shipped the week of April 26th. I am willing to pay about $18 per queen plus shipping. Are there any bee suppliers that have queens this early? Rossman and Walter T. Kelley won't have queens til May or June.

The only ones they have available starting this week are a bit pricey for me. But they do have reasonable shipping charges.
