Anyone ever use the molded plastic frames with the foundation all in one piece? last year i had many of my frames fall apart while extracting. the plastic ones seem like they would work well. Any advice would be apprieciated!

Maybe you should change your frame assembly technique. 1 1/2" staples don't pull out, even without glue. If you're using those little brads, they're guaranteed to pull out, usually as you're prying a full frame of brood out of the hive. We've had very few blowouts and 99% were because of bottom bars breaking due to the wood available these days.
