1). - Has anyone bought Pierco Drone frames that were somewhat warped?

2). - Will a little bend in foundation affect brood or Bee Space?

I bought three, and each of them slightly bows out from the center. Enough to shorten the cells on the concave side a millimeter or two if the bees maintain proper space between frames.
