What woodenware is currently patented?
Is there any? I can't imagine there is.
Oh oh. Now how much do I owe for all those thousands of bee boxes I made.
Langstroth's patent was broken 150 years ago. There is nothing patented I know of. Free plans are available on Bee Source. I have the same plans from University of Florida from several years ago.
My lawyers wil be in touch with all of you, shortly.

My grandfather had 2 patents in the 40's. One for a ventilated roof, the other for a bottom board. Both are obviously expired. We still use the bottomboard design, it is reverseable. Every few years you flip it over, and the bottom side gets clean by it's self.
