quick question regarding "Net Wt"

In bottling honey, do you print the weight as noted on the jar (i.e.; 8oz) or the actual physical wt of the honey, sans jar?

Is there a standard?

In New York it is the weight of the honey w/o the jar. I'm assuming that must be a standard. Of course a set volume of honey may have different weights due to moisture content.
