1 1/4 inch medium frames -- narrow frames

Does anyone make 1 1/4 inch frames that Michael Bush talks about in the link below?

I would really like to give this a try, but don't have the time or equipment to shave standard frames down.

If there were a commercial producer of these, I'd really like to buy a hive's worth of frames, and then switch to them if they work.

In the past (several years ago) I made narrow (1-1/4") frames.

No one (cept MrBEE ) could afford them. In lots of 1,000, my BEST price was over $2.00 per frame (and my profit was very low).

I hear Kelley's is selling a "foundationless" frame (not in current catalog?). Maybe it's also "narrow".
