    Default new to bees

    Hi,
    I am from the Ozarks. I have tried several times to get started in bees and not had very good luck. I am not giving up. I have one hive that seems to be thriving right now and I hope to have up to 10 hives int he future. I am excited about this forum. Hopefully, it will get me through some trouble spots.

    welcome I am new to bees as well, my fiance and I started last year and we have 4 hives now but we are ordering 12 more packages this year, this is an exciting hobby

    Welcome, it will get better. Is there a beekeeping organization or beekeeper in your area that can mentor you?

    I'll second the recommendation to get involved with a local beekeeping club. Clubs are great places to find mentors and get connected with nearby beeks:
