we are looking for a source of survivor stock bees. we will need med nucs and packages and a few quees. the breed of the bees is not important just as long as thay are from un-treated survivor stock.

How about Long Lane Honey Farm? Don't they do treatment free bees there?
Get up with fatbeeman. He's been chemical free for years.
How many packages was you needing.
Doesn't he use boric acid on the beetles though? Thought I saw a video of him putting those political sign traps in the hive loaded up with boric acid and capped with shortening. I might be wrong, maybe it was someone else I'm thinking of... but I could swear the name on the video was fatbeeman.
I'd look up the video for you, but I'm at work and YouTube is blocked.

Long Lane purchase their package bees from someone in Georgia.
The boric acid and crisco (or shortening) is used in the small hive beetle trap. The beetle feeds on it, and dies. Not exactly putting chemicals in your hives that affect the bees.

thanks, i may be interested in 6 or 7 packages if the price is good
Are you looking for bees for honey production, or are you looking to buy a survivor queen to raise new queens from?
Does it matter if they are small, natural or commercial sized cells? I take you have drawn a zero-tolerance line that would not include any organic treatments what so ever.

once i get the bees thay will get no treatment and will be regressed down to natural size cells. i want to start with the best stock possiable for this. i am not looking for honey production i am looking to help the bees be bees and in turn get some good genitics into the feral gene pool. trying to do my part to help the feral population increase. i am also wanting to raise some queens once i get them where i want to and then give those queens away to anyone who is interested in helping the bees as well. of course a little honey now and then would be nice
