    Default feeder buckets

I am looking for a source of feeder buckets. I have some old Mann lake 2 gallon buckets with a 70mm screw top in the lid that allows for easy refilling. Buckets are easy to find, the lids are not.

I asked Mann Lake why they stopped carrying the buckets and the phone rep told me they had complaints about them. No complaints from me.

I use plastican in Macon Ga. then I drill a hole in the top for the yellow caps you get from man lake. You dont have to take the lid off and wear out the seal.

Brushy Mountain has one gallon pails listed in their 2008 catalog ( the latest one that I have ), I use those and I have had good results with them.

Just big enough for your syrup hose to fit in. If you pour from a bucket get 'em big enough so you're not missing the hole when pouring.
