I suspect that all of the big suppliers have some sort of semi custom equipment. Most of it is likely ancient like Kelly's foundation equipment.

Get a 2009 "Man Lake Ltd." catalog and look at pages 60 & 61. The equipment does not look "antique" to me![]()
Top and bottom bars almost certainly come out of a 3 or 4 sided molder and are then cut to length. End bars would be stamped out of sheets if I were doing it I think.
