I don't have a cartoon to go with it but this came to mind yesterday:

So a bird got arrested for a pretty big crime. During the arraignment, his laywer asked for his release on personal recognizance, but the attorney for the state asked for him to be held without bail. When the judge asked why he should be held without bail, the states attorney said....................... We feel he would be a flight risk..........ba da boom

I guess if it was a cow they could have posted bale
I better quit now

OK, the last time we did one of these threads, if I recall correctly, we got in major trouble with Barry, the thread was closed, burned and buried because it was 150 posts of nothing and we all had to go to bed early for a week? If I recall a couple of really bad jokesters lost their overall internet privilages and a few were put on the not quite but nearly banned list as well!
