I have taken loans on pollination jobs. The risk is lower than on a honey crop that may or may not materialize. If the need arose I would take a loan again for a pollination job. It's easier to pencil things out. This can work out assuming you know what you are doing with the bees. The most peculiar thing about bees is that I've at times assumed I knew what I was doing with them, only to be shown I was wrong about my assumption. Beekeeping can be a very good teacher as far as humility is concerned.
