I've pulled my extracting supers, and in a week will be storing them for the winter. What is the best way to be sure shb don't get into them until they're used again next year?
Thanks!
Steven

If you have let the bees clean up the supers you should be ok.I would not leave any honey in supers.Just put something on the bottom, top, and tape up good.Don't bring the supers in the house you'll be like me and have shb worms inside looking for honey. copper287
I store my supers "wet" with Peramoth on them (it will kill SHB larva I checked before I put them up last year) and a garbage bag over them stacked 5 high
