Trap out queen question

I am about to start a trap out on tree hive.
I am going to put in a frame of brood in the nuc. Here is my question, I have a nuc right now from a cut out that I missed the queen. They have about 4 or five queen cells that in my estimation will emerge in about 6 days. Should I take one of the queen cells and add it to the frame in the trap out nuc?

Keep in mind that you may get more than one box of bees.
