Rotating honey supers

3 weeks ago I added a 5th super with drawn comb.4 supers were full of honey. They are still on a nector flow but the 5th super is still bone dry. Should I rotate that super or what? Thanks Rick

I think there is no nectar flow.

Put your empty right above the first filled super...if there is a flow on they will fill it quick. You want it above the first filled one so you have a honey block and the queen doesn't move into it to lay.
