5 Frame Nucs

I need a commercial supplier of good 5 frame wooden nucs with lock corners/finger joints located in California/west coast.
The inside dimentions should be 9 and 5/8" to accomodate 4 frames plus a division board feeder.
I can provide the covers and bottoms.
I tried Mann Lake in Woodland, Calif. and their product at the time was far below my standards of assembly.
You should be able to knock a nuc together within 5 minutes and not have to trim the joints with a wood chisel.
I need about 200 total
