just checking against others'progress

two new pkgs hived on 5/2 5 and 7 frames drawn and good cappings one heavier brood than other but good laying patterns in both, new bees emerging, syrup taking has slowed, good to exceptional pollen collecting, just added second deeps to both today. my problem is that all my reading indicates my hives are behind "schedule". am in upstate ny temps just in past 2 weeks have been dependably in 60-70 range good amount of rain lately. is this a normal hive build up or is there sumthin more i should do?

If you see a good brood pattern and the frames are being built out, then I would not worry about it. Once the population hits critical mass, things will pick up quickly. Things sound fine.
