Top bar wax

I've been watching the TBH forum for a while and decided to build one.. I can't post the pics yet but I'm proud of it anyway! When I was making my top bars, I couldn't decide to go with the wax or popcycle sticks so I did both! I had some trouble wit the wax method building a ridge so I got an idea. I poured wax on heavy and then when I went to scrape away the excess.. I cut a "V" notch in my scrapper and ran the notch directly down the center of the bar.. leaving about a 1/8 inch "V" of wax for the bees to start there comb from! You guy's have been doing this a lot longer than me.. and ya'll prolly already knew ways to do the same thing.. but hey.. I liked it!
