New beekeeper, started 1 month ago with 2 packages of Italians from Georgia. One hive doing great, the other trying to make a new queen.

Had a friend with bees in a tree (for the last 5 or 6 years) and just the other day captured a swarm from it, so now up to 3 hives. Preparing to trap out the rest and seal up the tree as his wife is allergic to bees.

Feel like I've gotten some good info here.
