Greenhouse Pollination Question
I have a customer that has recently erected a greenhouse, 40 X 80, and desires bees for pollinating. I have never been around greenhouses and am wondering what the way is to achieve the best results. This is new to the greenhouse owner also so I ask the following:
Should I place a hive inside and leave a passageway for them to work the surrounding area also or should they be outside near a passageway to go inside?
Am I going to need to be concerned with higher temps if placed indoors. I use screened bottom boards and would go to top entrance if needed for ventilation.
I have a docile colony to place there so the owners do not need to wear protective head gear and customers are not at risk.
