Just a note. To be fair. It's not good to reference
another seller in anyone's For Sale post. I am pretty
sure that is spelled out in the section rules at the top
    of the section.

But. As I have said. I beat anyone. Someone may have
a lower listed price, but by the time you figure in shipping
I am less. One seller lists it at $29.99 a pound, but after
shipping (Parcel Post mind you) it comes to $43.65 for Priority
Mail their total comes to $47.34.
    Mine is $38.00 shipped
    Priority Mail.

Also, I sell smaller amounts for those that need less. A pound
is way to much for many.

    Finally, I am a beekeeper.....

    Thanks for understanding.

    Price drop..

My new case is coming in a bit less expensive
so I am lowering the price a bit,,

    -----------------------------------------------------

This is a powdered form of Bt aizawai which
is the same as Certan/B401. It only takes 4
    teaspoons
to make a gallon of spray and
there is an indefinite shelf life on this
form prior to mixing. In short, 1/2 pound of
powder will make 32 gallons of spray or more!

Effective on dozens of garden and orchard pest
as well. Certified Organic for garden use.

IF YOU FIND A LOWER PRICE - I WILL BEAT IT.

    ******New Pricing*********

    UPDATED 2-2-2009

    1# Bag $28.85 + $7.95 shipping/handling = $36.80

    1/2# Bag $16.90 + $5.95 S&H = $22.85

    1/4# Bag $10.00 + $3.95 S&H = $13.95

    Got the sample yesterday- thanks!
    I have some questions:
If the mixture with water lasts only three days, how does the effectiveness last for years on the comb?
What does it work on in garden (implied by the previous post)?
If it rains does the BT have to be reapplied?

Hope this stuff really works because I don't like chemicals.

It is best to use the PM function for this....

But..... The reason Bt mixtures are tossed after
3 days is like anything, it will rot. When you spray
it on, it dries and the spores remain viable for years.

When applying in the garden it is essential to time
the application to the target insects life cycles. Those
vary of course. And yes, reapplication may be needed
to vegetables if heavy rains wash the spray off.

With the package is a letter copy of all the insects
it is used for. Small print and if you need a better
    copy go here:

I handled Xentari in the past. Agree WG is the same
strain. But unlike Xentari, Agree WG also has the
genetic toxin Bt kurstaki spliced in for and it even
    more effective.

I asked the question in this forum because I thought others might have the same questions or might benefit from the answers. I personally learn a lot of information that way.
I have another question, but I can use PM if you prefer.

You sent my order on March 4, 2011 and I received it today. Real snail mail.
Looks like nobody opened it on either side of the border. Thanks Bruce.

Folks, if you have questions please use the PM function.

And limit the quoting when you do.

Specific pests this targets is spelled out in the link
below. I can not comment on pests that are not listed
    on the product label/insert.

Relax.... The fact is, using this product for wax moths is
"off label" and technically "not allowed". I will never recommend
it's use for wax moths. I can say that it is the exact same
sub species of Bt that made up Certan, a product that was
    labeled for wax moth use.

Others I know have indeed used it for wax moth control and
    reported great success.
