How many teaspoons are in a 1/4#? I gave my last order to my father and need more.

There are 50 teaspoons per 1/4# based on weight.

Pest rates are figured on a pounds/acres basis. Most
pests are treated at a rate of 1/2# to 2# per acres.
With the majority in the 1/2# to 1 1/2# per acre range.
That includes loopers, army worms, gypsy moths,
and hundreds of others.

On small batch mixing it is as follows:

1/2# per acre = 1 teaspoonful per gallon

1# per acre = 2 teaspoonful per gallon

2# per acre = 4 teaspoonful per gallon (maximum rate)

The key is application. On small batches I suspect that
most applicators spray too much product. A misting is
sufficient.
