I know this might be a little of topic but has anyone heard of powered honey??? I could only imagion how much of the health benifits a re lost in this process??

Freeze dried, perhaps? I've never heard of it. That would cause less damage to the enzymes and other compounds than over heating would.

I know that Greobs sells powderd honey. I've been told that KFC uses it in their "honey sauce" and in any chicken that claims to have honey.

probably just granulated honey ground into powder I would not think it would hurt it much
