highway patrol again
An ole fellow was speeding down the highway one afternoon when a highway patrolman tried to pull him over. Instead of stopping he sped off trying to out run the patrolman. After a long chase the officer was able to catch up when the fellows car ran out of gas. After cuffing him and putting him in the patrol car the patrolman ask why he had run after all the only thing he was guilty of to begin with was speeding. The ole fellow looked at the officer and said " well it all started several years ago my wife went and left me and ran off with a highway patrolman. when you turned around real quick with your lights on I thought you might be trying to bring her back"
