The bees can't gather clean nectar and pollen because of the agri-chemicals in the greater environment which are bought and sold for money.

So is the whole agri-chemical monoculture farming complex nothing more than a money grab?

Well, for those who wish to buy it, organic food isn't just a money grab. The reasons for trying to produce healthier food are of higher ideals than money. At least at first they were.

Certifying your crop as organic is both costly and difficult. One has to verify that a large area surrounding you is also organic for one. Kosher is the preferred title to obtain for your food products, as Kosher products are outpacing organics from research I did earlier this year.

it is sorta funny because I review the deffanition of organic a few times a year and there are certain levels that one product can claim and the only level you need to be certafied is the 100% organic level. It is really interesting when you look at it from that view.
