Default wanted kids size bee suit

I am looking for a kid size bee keeping suit for my son. He's 8 years old and wants to start helping out with the bees.

I haven't visited Ebay for a few days, but there was one on there & it may still be available. Several vendors now offer them, they used to be hard to find. I had a friend make one for my grandson, trading some mead. I was hoping our little guy would wear it for Hallowe'en, since it would be so unusual but he insists on being Spiderman. I even offered to wear mine and take him door to door, but it was a no-go.

Hopefully a member here on BeeSource will have one for you at a good price.

    Would a small suit work?

If you can't find one, you could buy a small and have someone alter it. Maybe also making it to be let out as he grows.

Dadant now carries one now for 59.00 which is the cheapest around from what I have found.

That is what we did. Just rolled up the sleeves and legs and tacked them down. Double thickness to my DW lets me take the kids out without freaking out. As the kids grow we can let them down.
