drones sexual organs popping out

I have never experieneced this before but this happened to me three times over the summer. I frequently pickup bees in front of hives for tests and observation. On three separate occasions, I've picked up a drone and its sexual organs popped out immediatedly after having it between my fingers (with the sound of a bubble being pop from a bubble wrapping). No excessif force was used . I was checking for any wing deformation since most I tend to check out do not fly.
Any thoughts as to why they had an orgasm at that particular moment?

cant say I have heard of this one. Maybe the drones find you attractive

It thought you were a predator and figured it was going to die anyway.

I'm not sure why either, but have had drones do that on at least one occasion. Sometimes its because they get squished.

Any thoughts as why they had orgasm at that particular moment?

Considering what happens to the drone after that I'm not sure if that is the term that I would use....
