Only capped brood? no stored nectar or pollen? Sounds like a need to feed.
You can carefully cut off the lobes and tie them into frames with cotton string so they hang in with your other frames.
Don't leave space in the hive, fill space with follower boards or with frames of comb.
Did I mention feeding? Time is running out, it's close to the first of october now. Feed 2:1 sugarater syrup and pollen patties to build up stores for winter.
