hi
I have 1hive with a lazy queen she has run hot and cold all summer and now the some of the brood pattern is good and other frames are spotty. including a couple that have what looks like a cell filled with eggs  The other worreysome bit is there isn't much for honey stores in the hive lots of pollen but not much honey. And. there are a number of bees with deformed wings like you get with a really bad varoa infestation, but the count is low.
so do I take the loss, combine with anouther hive or try to find a queen and replace the lazy one.
The hives are located in upstate ny.
thanks
mike
