    Default Pollination Question

I was talking with some friends the other day and one wants to get into the pollination side of beekeeping, we got to a question seem nobody could answer, if there is such a large demand for Pollination, What percentage of farm land doesn't get pollinated in a year because they cant get bee's? you know how much of the crop doesn't get pollinated because the need more migratory beekeepers? west coast-east coast central completely nation wide? is there any because to me seems most is covered, the purpose of this is this one guy wanted to find out the demand. and how does one find contacts (farmers) on the east coast in need of pollinators?
