    Default Honey granulation

Has anybody seen a list showing which honey granulates fast vs. slow and the temperature it takes to melt? Seems the Raspberry goes very quickly and requires a higher temp. to melt. Even at that, I seem to get a 1 inch layer at the bottom that doesn't melt, and stays granulated? Thanks

I had a bucket of blackberry/raspberry honey that crystallized. I put it in the car in the sun and after a few days it was liquid. But, I also had a 1 inch layer of crystals at the bottom.

    Here`s a link:

This is the beesource.com site and shows characteristics of various honeys. Bear in mind most honeys are made from a mix of different flowers.
