Fumagilin Feeding

I live in central Michigan and i dont know when to start feeding my bees sugar water with fumagilin for winter.
Do any of you know what would be a good time to start?

The recommendations will vary geographicaly.
You need to feed the bees for winter weight and top it off with the medication while the weather is with you and the bes have to consume their medication 1st before they get into their winter stores.
Fall feeding is superior to spring feeding.
You may as well feed some pollen patties too.
