Default Wanted--Used gallon or quart sized pots

I have many seeds to get started and have run out of pots big enough to get them off to a good start. With them, I can start Evodia trees, mulberry bushes(not tree type), vitex, Lavender, and many other beefeeder type plants...Anyone within reasonable distance of Canton, please let me know at mosin53@aol.com
    Thanks,Rick

There is a company in Royse City that makes the containers for tree growers. He is right off of 30 in a little industial park north side before you get in to Rockwall. If he does not sale to retail he will give you his closest dist. Make sure you buy pots with ribs, keeps the roots from circling.

    I think this is it.

Call local landscape contractors. They have piles of used pots.

Placing things in the dirt is a good way to start them off, no pot required.

...All good points, and I thank you all. The pots are actually needed for all the extras that I will not have room for. I will sell them at the monthly local flea market, and no doubt give many to my fellow beeks in the area. The ones destined to stay home with me will indeed go right into the soil of course. I am very good at transplanting, but I avoid it whenever I can.
You all have a great weekend now.

Sorry, but 10 gallon pots are much bigger than I will need. 1 to 3 gallon will be the ones I am after.

Jeff Tuly!...Hi there. This is Rick , who used to run the Garden Center at Wal$Mart in Canton....It is good that you have moved onward and upward, and are still around. It was always a pleasure to gab with you. You were one of the very few who would give a buyer the "straight poop" about what you had.
Best regards to an old friend.

I don't know how many you want, but local bakeries often have 1 to 4 gallon buckets (with handles!!) that they throw out. They also work for honey .

One of the drawbacks of living outside a small town...The Wal$Mart had some---at a price...LOL...I might get some of their 5 gal. buckets for $1.50. That's not too bad, although the trees and shrubs I intend to grow may never get big enough for them before they are sold. I'd like to zero in on good bee feeders for all seasons. Trees and perennial bloomers should have an attraction to beeks. Shoot, I may even work out trades with them....Either way, I will be very happy.
    Have a good weekend ,ya'll.
