Pollen Harvest Question

I have around 5 lbs of pollen that I collected this year. I have read on here that putting it in a paper bag and then the deep freeze will "freeze dry" the pollen so it will have a stable shelf life.

My questions are these. Does this work? How long does it take on average for the pollen to dry to the point that it needs to, to be able to store it at room temp without the risk of mold, etc.?

I am just starting with pollen collection and have a few customers that have requested it. I want to be able to offer it to them without them having to store it in their freezer!

Thank you for the input!:)

We keep all fresh pollen frozen and it is sold to the public in the refrigerated section so if you want to keep it from spoiling you are going to have to keep it at least refrigerated but in the freezer it keeps best.
